Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. HIGHMTNC.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability.

We do not process orders on the weekend, we have parties to go to also, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase Overnight Shipping we offer FedEx shipping. ALL ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED $1.30 FOR SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. WE ARE NO LONGER SHIPPING ANY ORDERS WITHOUT A SIGNATURE. UNFORTUNATELY WITHOUT A SIGNATURE WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER FRAUD. Please NOTE: Due to the number of fraud issues we will NO LONGER BE SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL ORDER. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS

HIGHMTNC.com cannot be responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If a customer provides us with an incorrect shipping address, HIGHMTNC.com reserves the right to charge the customers credit card for any additional shipping charges incurred as a result of such error. Sales tax of 7.2% will be added to all orders placed within Arizona. Believe me, we're not jazzed about it either.

Returns & Exchanges .

Highmtnc.com recommends that you send back your return via priority mail with insurance. That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. Returns will be promptly processed upon receipt and payment in the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charge will be credited to your card or account.

• Please allow 3 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund.

• Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this (the email will be sent to the same email address as your Order Confirmation email was sent).

• After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control.

Faulty or wrong item

If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail returns@highmtnc.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Note: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
